Why you want to be a pilot, why you want to work for that airline, what you know about the company (history, fleet, routes, profitability etc.), why they should offer you the job, where you see your self in 5 years time, goals in life etc....
I'd recommend The Perfect Interview - First Time. It helped me with BA.
