@ Ancient Greek: epidemic of bogus vaccine certificates of people coming from a country where the last reported death was in 1995. Seriously, what were they so scared of? International practice is to give them the freaking vaccine (charging the customer ofcourse) if they were that scared. Xeno... maybe?
@ fishpie: I swear, the extent people will go to paint EVERYTHING Arik or Nigeria as bad is somewhat comical. To the point you claim they saved money only to start pouring it down the drain. That makes zero sense. If Arik is so hell bent on pouring money down the drain, perhaps you should let them know that next time they don't have fuel, instead of making excuses to suspend the route (to save money) they should just source it from Ghana so as to continue the time honored tradition of them pouring money away.
Arik made the right call, pending govt. intervention. It's really just that, lets not make baseless accusations to taint the right decision they made, even if it doesn't happen as frequently as you expext.
