If you did well in the written test, abstract reasoning test, tech and personal interviews, I'm sure CX will bend those requirements and invite you to Stage 2. They desperately need Second Officers. You would be given 4 months time to take your tally to 250 hours i.e. subject to passing Stage 2 (this piece of info comes straight from the recruitment team).
