It is apparent that you have been somewhat cosseted in your stated location of the plastic, superficial, lala world, some call California. May I suggest you educate yourself as to the endemic abuse of Indian workers in Saudi Arabia via the following website link:-

After your enlightenment, you may then understand the irony of a situation where a Saudi pilot might treat his Indian worker in such an abusive way in the morning, and then take orders from his Indian Captain in the afternoon.
