Not positive vetting for crew
Aircraft and operator are on the royal approval list, and the nominated flight crewa are, to be advised, and approved. BUT not certain if actual vetting takes place.
I know UK Special Branch have an interest in the operator and crew.
Been there, got the T shirt.
Non UK operators are very common, to eliminate excessive positioning.
HRH was looking to by a G550 for the family, not certain what happened.
