Maverick...would you rather taxpayer's money was spent chartering a British gulfstream, global or Falcon for a transatlantic (which is going to be the best part of about £80k at least) or would you rather HRH's brat want scheduled on - no doubt - a british carrier, and had the UJ GII booked through a british broker...which is almost certainly what happened?
