Just had a look at the new CAA stuff
Licensing and Training Standards | EASA | Safety Regulation and I notice that at the moment (and I know they are still consulting about it) that you can't use an IMC rating on a JAR-FCL after April 8th 2014.
In another section they say that all JAR-FCLs will automatically become EASA licenses, presumably this year. If this is the case then why does it mention JAR-FCLs in 2014, because by then it will be an EASA license?
