Mickey and welco are hitting the nail on the head. Sad but at this point anyone with the experience to move to EK will probably move if they are not close to their retirement. Even if we pull our socks up and stabilize it is only a matter of time before most EXpats move on the a stable airline/country/roster. We all sound like broken records, as a very experienced capt pnce told me. GF is simple.....it continues to do the same thing for past 25 years and wonders why nothing changes!
