the money for the coffee...you can have coffee for free at breakfast and 3 coffee a day the rest you pay...maybe you drank too many of them that is why you are so bitter.
Situation is not so bad, pay is competitive with the other major flying school. And the fact that flybe, aerlingus etc has chosen FTE again compared to other schools, means it can't be so bad
I only have appraisal for the instructors, and no delaying on the flying slot.
Friends in other flying schools just have to fight for an aircraft!
if I would go back I would chose FTE
