They are basing 20 additional airframes at Stansted during the Olympics, I just wondered if they were adding to the 4 at Luton during this period?
Don't be fooled by the O'Leary Spin Machine...
This winter they parked up over 80 aircraft, simply because of lack of demand over the winter period, and these will simply be the 20 additional aircraft they were using last summer and removed for winter.
But O'Leary uses this in the press to state he is adding new routes, when they already existed...
Its a bit like Thomson removing charter capacity over the winter period, but they don't make a
PR Exercise like Ryanair, to simply bang on and say they are starting a load of new routes.
