i feel like banging my head to a wall quite literally after reading everything you've had to say, it's because of people with a mindset like yours that the airlines will continue to exploit us in the most outright manner, c'mon man i'm trying to fight for a just and valid cause here, how about a little bit of help and appreciation? i don't mean to attack you personally, but your views are just beyond me!
Nopes its not banging your head , its more like hanging your self for falling for ponzi exams like this....you have cleared Jet ,did you felt same like this back then ?You clearly know what my point is right now...

But just that few people didn't got or took chance to sit for this shambolic exams doesnt mean they got right to fight for it....your effort is honest one but at wrong time. You or many others could have started it earlier in 2011 March itself when Spice started it's open exam for all but called mere 310 pilots.Few rated 737 guys did that in Nov and got a re-shot at exam again but did any one tried to change things back in July 2011 ? No one did....
Nothing to shy away but there are many who have been suffering from this type of nepotism well before many of you even got a bare hour logged in your books.

1. Its better to avoid scams like this that many have been doing it rightly than fighting against it.
If mass boycott's happen for previous Spice exams , they wont have courage to ask for fee rise in this one.
Mind it CAE use to charge 375 $ for simple 100 ques exam in start which almost every pilot gave but that frequency of total number of pilot went down which made CAE rethink about their fee policy...See the point ?

2. Reading about old spicejet thread would have given some hard facts about previous patterns of exams which you are now trying to fight against.

3. If people resisted there charm for easy jet jobs then Spice wont have charged this much ....people are flocking on there doors in huge amount so how and why will they even consider not making money out of hapless pilots.Mind it they are here doing BIZ not community service.

4. I am not defending Spice , let alone i don't even bother sending them my resume's any more as i am pretty sure being the last one in the long queue for getting job there.

My reply to you was mere assumption as everything goes up when dollar goes up.You might know that Foreign Exchange is done in $$ not in Rs.....little funny isn't it ?

5. CAE from the start has maintained a procedure of calling pilots keeping their medical/TT/RTR and last flying date and details in relation to assessment dates. But for Spice , HR guys have the option of picking pilots for exams.

6. AI/Jet call 3000 or more for all india exams...and they pay huge amount for center's but here CAE arranges 2-3 day exams for that they pay less amount which they automatically recovers when pilot pays fee's for later stages.Spice on the other hand pay little and takes home almost all....why because they are making money out of unemployed pilots who are banging on there doors to get a job.Still having a laugh at those who paid hard earned 25K to spice? If i was you i would rather feel sorry.
And i said COMPANY policies...which i guess you don't have a clue what it means.Boy that's called make money out everything and say its company policy.

My reply was showing you the difference b/w spice & cae not defending them.

7.Infrastructure was poor since the start and it might be same for some few coming years too.....we have no choice other than giving in to airlines.Even 1500 TT are not getting airline job directly ....so don't make mole out of paying TR amount. Not all are charging TR money is full...its bits and parts policy which have been going on in India lately. Many pilots took instruction path in bad times earning their way up in hours...some have got good airline jobs right now with hard work.Every good thing takes time and hardship..nothing will be deliver to you in plate. No infrastructure doesn't mean every pilot has to be put on culling list by airlines/operators just for sake of saying " hey i got no chance other than taking this one "....

NO i am not working for SPICEJET....and will never try to work for a airline which leaches on hapless pilots.
I do care about this protest as it effects me too...but why i don't care about this so called protest against Spice is that many of you will jump the line just for the sake of job given a chance and make a laughing mob out of yourself in later stage when T&C is given on your face... while rest ( deserving and hard working ) will feel dejected as many are feeling now.
Many including myself started avoiding money grabbing mongrel's like Spice/KFA and never tried to be in contention for hot seats put on sale by them is that every one has dignity to say NO or enough is enough which many of this thread cry babies don't have...

Many including you who didn't gave this exam saved themselves from agony of wasting efforts while rest thought they wasted a golden chance to hold on to that shinny jet seat...

Just don't make a mockery out of yourself is what i requested as many UPA folks have done in past
Not fighting or defending anyone just making some points which wise guys have been following before new members like mentat on this forum put it as " Discouragement "

When some people don't pay attention to things they are being told to observe patiently in quite environment which other persons have gone through will bring outcome like this result of spicejet is giving.

Learn from various Expats here in this forum who ask questions relating to new jobs/environment/procedures/work culture& living conditions.....before spending their hard efforts for getting that job.

I will be more than happy to say i am " IN " but if this protest includes many other AIRLINES too....Mind taking those ?
