All the budding activists must have sent in their resumes to SJ even though they know their selection policies. Aroumika and co should get used to biased selection procedures, they wouldn't be cribbing about it if it was working for them. Spice does not do mass hiring and does not believe in equal opportunity, accept it. Why? because they don't want to and its their wish. They are a private company and can hire whoever they want to without explaining it to others.
