The injector lines are emptied every time you shut the engine down after flight with the mixture lever and starting up the next time is straightforward enough with the boost pump.
The fuel system is often completely drained during maintenance and again, there is no difficulty in getting the pressure up/starting.. The boost pump might sing for a couple of seconds as it's drawing fuel but that's it.
