mrcross - very impressive, well done you two for your role in greasing the wheels, and I must say I am pleased to see the regulator being so clear and open. Surely there's a knighthood in this somewhere!?
I guess it will still take some time to be implemented, but I'd say it would've been lomnger without your paper creating the necessary focus on this issue needed to precipotate the meeting and actions.
