At our place, bonds only apply to those with less than 4 years service, some way of rewarding loyalty I think. Each course is valued at £2100 and is devalued over 36months by 1/36th per month.
I've been here 4 years and yet to get a course that the company have paid for.(Somebody else paid for the one I did do).
