Interviewers for the skills assessment are generally nice, but the KA initial interview, they are looking to grill you and break you down completely, so to make sure you're fit for the job! but still, they just general personal questions, but be prepared to have yourself pinned down during the interview.
Regarding the MPL2 first interview,
I was interviewed by 3 ladies, and they were not as harsh as what you mentioned.
Just some personal questions which you can prepare for, one scenario question, and some basic technical questions that could be handled easily if you are an aviation enthusiast.
