Simple really, it will have to adopt a LHR style approach and basically do away with the 'small' operators to free up slots for the 'heavies' which carry more passengers for the same amount of movements. That will increase the passenger numbers through the terminals so they can build more retail space, sell more crap and increase the profits and the executive salaries. Only ones to miss out will be the bread and butter small operators, but who cares about the local aviation operators when there is money to be had!!
