I have no real preference towards Florida, just looking to achieve decent flying weather.

plus one flyers in California. He always rents out complex high performance singles, but there are several multi's available, including a Duchess at $215 hobbs at KCRQ and two at KMYF for less than that. There is also a PA23-250 6-Seater at $250/hour at KMYF.
