KQ probably has more flyers per route than AWA anticipates.
Note on Ghana: It is nice! I was based in Lome, Togo, right next door. It is a ****hole. The people are nice, and the food is good, but the basic services are severely lacking. Just across the border in Ghana, it is a huge change. I found out that a number of American airlines' captains have vacation homes in Ghana. There are lots of nice resorts for vacation there.
