Anybody can throw a bit of light over actual Etihad conditions for foreign F/Os with experience ?
Is being 40+ years of age a limitation ?
How fast are they upgrading nowadays ?
Believing you are going to retire in a big western airliner can be either a big trap or in my case, a mirage you better runaway from ASAP if not beeing upgraded by now.
Any info will be highly appreciated
