It is only human to feel some compassion for the F/O when you see another keen (although inexperienced) colleague being treated in such a despicable way but you will just have to harden up and ignore it, if you wish to pass. Making comments in defense of your first office only makes things worse.
Yes indeed, thanks for the insight into your personal integrity. It is very sad that individuals who would wish others to consider them as professional, now find themselves in such a desperate employment situation that they would sit idly by and condone such methods and despicable treatment of colleagues to effect their own success. My only hope is that others will not be so tolerant, thereby ensuring an end to such draconian methods.
