I'm just setting out on my ATPL distance learning. I was going to go with a new Bournemouth based training provider as the instructors were well experienced and respected and the cost structure was quite attractive (you could pay in 4 installments rather than 2). But then I compared their notes to Bristols and I was blown away. It's like comparing a Fiat Panda to a Porsche. Bristols notes were FAR superior and they come with a rather flash CD ROM which has all the text plus loads of animations and examples. No contest, BGS got my vote (and money).
