I totally agree, its not very fair with how they are dealing with things. I have the qualities which Ryanair seem to be hiring at the moment, e.g-20-28 year old, <300hrs. I applied back at the end of November around the same time as people i know, they got the call 3 weeks after they applied and im still waiting, 3months after. Even people i know that have applied within the last few weeks have been through the assessment and have jobs!
p.s. i have 1st time passess in theory,cpl and ir with and excellent mcc/joc report.
