this kid, very bright at high school, jumped from year nine to year eleven. because he excelled in that year he was admitted to university at sixteen and completed a heap of units for the year.
CASA will not issue his student ticket as they refuse to recognize a statutory declaration or record of achievment as sufficient for basic english because he did not finish high school.
