That "Go Team" phrase sounds interesting! looks like they very much love to get you motivated and are very passionate. Is it like that the whole way through? I think GS will be anything but boring, I know i'll love it. Just out of curiosity, are the trainers the same people who ran the AD?? Or is it a totally different team.
