That's rather a big claim to make isn't it?

What's the difference between a conventional T'R failure and a Notar fan failure in fwd cruise, then???
Both need directional stability at low speed so how does the notar get round it?
At high speed, I too with my conventional T/R can 'fly' to the most suitable site, can I not????
