I don't think the contract matters to most. The amount of people I see come in have massive leather flight cases four times the size of anything your average skipper would be seen dead with is unbelievable. Fancy baggage. Barbour jackets. Range rovers and personalised number plates. It's all about money. Money is no object to most cadets as they have people paying their way. CTC know this an hence the Ts and Cs are poor and will only get worse. Someone said things will change as the UK is running out of parents who can afford to pay for this scheme. I agreed. But they just look further away. Mainland Europe has a massive client base for CTC and I even heard American and Austrlian accents last time I was in Luton. So there really is no way things will change. If they do it'll be for the worse. Things will not improve.
