Ignore these guys, not a clue how it is for us looking for jobs.

This is what I did:

Bought a A320 TR, hired a ex-Spanair training captain, bought my own A320, done some general handling over a reservoir and some low level navigation. Clocked up 500 hours and now captain at British Airways. Worked line a charm.
