If you wanna get a Slovenian license, there is another FTO in Croatia that does training under Slo CAA, and they are about 15% cheaper. I've been there about a year and a half ago finishing off my PPL. Very good instructors (one of them gone since), they have their own maintenance, very helpful. FTO itself is rather new, although they'd been traning PPL's for ages. They fly C150s, C172s and a Seminole...
