Late Payment
Hi Guys,
I've followed this forum for a while now and Arik is still flying, although it's looked like it was going to go bust for year's now with all the late payments.
Has knowbody considered that the late payments especially of pilots is just part of the business plan? If the company was in dire strights it should have gone under a long time ago.
There are lots of ATPL frozen guys out their who would probably take a job at Arik for free to build hours. A wage of say $7500 a month three months late is just a bonus if it comes.
Work on this every pilot is owed three months wages (Minimum say $22500) and 10 pilots a month leave never to see their money again thats a saving to Arik of $225000 a month or $2,7 million a year. And the new guys still line up for a hour building job.
Also I'm sure if the accounts were available the books would show that all pilots that depart Arik have been paid. With their wages going directly into a certain individuals pocket.
Just a thought from an interested observer of the forum.
