This is a joke. Benefits Centre have said that if you do not see the airline on the list, then we do not have an interline agreement with that airline YET. So if you want to fly, for example, JAL- you need to buy full fare.
If you had printed tickets before the cutover, you can still use them.
What a massive cockup
. This has inconvenienced so many people. Being informed of a list of available airlines BEFORE the cutover would have helped.
Instead they are acting as if the cutover was super successful, congratulating themselves. Come on, we have a handful of airlines that we have interline agreements with that you would never fly.
Having said all that, I really shouldn't be suprised by all of this.
