Thats not standard it has a trimble 2101.
It would be out in a second if I was flying it. Those posts are bad enough for blind spots with out that thing stuck there. It certainly isn't normal. But then again it might be in Estonia.
Its got TCAS but no EGPWS its ES-PJG cn 701.
