Interesting lot of technical stuff but what about the basics, CRM and monitoring each other, Why do we bother with two pilots up front in a critical phase of the flight and they both just sit there with puzled looks on their faces, this is all about disciplne and training, seems to an old stager like me that we are missing the point here????????
