Thinking 10 years ahead, who has the freehold on EasyJet's HQ ? If the airport own the building, is the rental income a real money spinner (versus increasing airport capacity), and how long til the next date in the lease that Easyjet can be asked to vacate ?
Even better, to solve 2 problems at the same time, Easyjet might like to buy Donington Hall (estate agent would be very happy to show Ms McCall around) ?
