Second Officer
Second Officer applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Hold an ICAO frozen ATPL
Hold a valid 1st class medical certificate without restriction
Have a valid multi-engine instrument rating
Have at least 1500 flying hours (if helicopter or flight instruction), or at least 1000 hours flying fixed wing Regular Passenger Transport
Excellent command of English, both oral and written
Personally I tick all the (above) boxes, what give you the right to make such a statement? I generally DO NOT apply if I am short of any requirement.
It seems like a lot of under-qualifed guys are interested in this job
I wonder who of you will fail the course and then have no job at all....
That is a risk we all take anytime we decide to face the next challenge...
