i suggest you do a search around june last year. There are plenty of posts on this subject.
But basically it's fairly informal chat with a physco, a sim, you should have the plates, and a interview with questions like, what has been your biggest challenge in life? your proudest moment? your hardest part of training? etc. No technical questions at all.
