Got a question for the 121 world here.Do you have a no- discipline clause for non- sole- source reports in your ASAP MOUs? If so, how can I get a copy of the relevant extract? Willing to talk to or e-mail anyone.
I fly for a 135 operator whose SMS includes an ASAP program.However, my company is stubbornly holding on to their "management rights" to discipline pilots based on non- sole- source reports.
Their argument is that no one else has it and we shouldn't either. Scuttlebutt from the ex 121 pilots in my company have it otherwise.But, without documentary evidence, the issue is dead in the water.
So ,anyone with inside knowledge,please help! Use the PM system on this site if you want to retain confidentiality.
