Theres no such thing as "domestic UK and Ireland routes", they're 2 different countries.
The first 2 A319s are to be based in Belfast
AFAIK. Whether they'll be used on the Heathrow route depends on whether Aer Lingus retain an A320 based in BFS, otherwise the A319s will be operating all BFS routes.
