Ryanair selection
Ok, I was contacted by a CAE pilot recruiter. She was asking various questions about my training such as first time IR pass ect and we came onto the question:
"Did you pass all your ATPL groundscool exams first time".
Now my average is 89% even with the 2 failed exam marks included. These retakes led to my application being rejected. Are Ryanair being particuarly picky at the moment or has this always been the case that if you fail a groundschool exam your not good enough?
