SXS Commute
I am flying with some Co-Pilots who where in AYT with SXS and they had difficulties to get sufficient time off in between to go home frequently.
A late arrival followed by: OFF, early STBY, flight duty...... Then you have a day in between to get two hours a day. They are happy to keep you at base, just in case. When they talked with the Scheduler they had all kind of excuses not to get sufficient consecutive days off for commuting.
But the summer season is coming and supply and demand can assist in getting this in the contract, you do not ask, you do not get it?
