Frankly if any full contracts are offered will depend on supply and demand. Lots of work, no idiots taking half rate pay, and you will suddenly see terms improve. Apply and see what they offer you! Then when offered the job tell them you have an offer from Monarch/easyJet/any operator they can't check with, and see what happens.
All duties are paid at £2.33 per hour in Europe. $98 dollars a day across the Atlantic.
Don't expect any long haul as a new entrant, just six months of early's to lates each week. Also constant roster disruption will be the order of the day throughout.
