Skid Resist & AC 150/5320-12C?
Figured this may be more appropriate to dispatching.
Is compliance with Skid Resist criteria, as called for in AC 150/5320-12C fairly common at US airports? That is, for the runways shown - on approach plates - with grooved runways, do most of them, all of them, few of them - meet the standards set forth in AC 150/5320-12C as far as friction & maintenance?
