But not for long. Landing aircraft reported zero breaking action on second half of runway and came off the runway but only just. Aircraft got back onto runway but now departing Monarch aircraft not keen to go.
(Edit) Monarch has gone back to stand and runway is closed again for 20 minutes.
Tower now being evacuated so no ATC. Wizzair calling tower but no response.
