if cabin uncontrollable - pax O2 on,
"WITHOUT DELAY: Emergency descent accomplish"
ATC coordination comes later. Aviate first.
It does not say to descend at turbulence penetration speed. They want you getting down UNLESS there is concern about structural integrity.
