The scenario the Jockster paints is guaranteed to test that principle, quite possibly with BALPA support. I would urge all involved to avoid that situation with a more accommodating integration, there is a lot more to lose than a theoretical and unprovable "disadvantaging". By the way, did the BACC ever tell you what they meant by that?
