I know BA get some mixed reviews on the forum but, having flown with them over 20 times now, I only seem to get friendly crews.
It doesn't surprise me that you have had nothing but good experiences with them. BA are such a good airline they will always attract unjustified negative comments.
I've had the odd flight where things didn't quite go according to plan but that happens on all airlines. I also believe people have become far too fussy nowadays and expect to be treated like VIP's when flying in premium cabins.
