The oil and gas producers stipulate a minimum experience level. The minimum experience level can be reduced if you have attended an integrated course.
If you are going to employ someone from an integrated course, then you would be wise to employ someone who has spent their hard earned pennies with you (where you control the standards), rather than someone else.
