Interesting (and thanks for posting these!).
BHX-SNN and BHX-NOC are within a few nm of each other in terms of great circle distance, so block time should be about the same (NOC is fractionally further on the great circle - perhaps someone more knowledgeable can advise whether airways routings change this.) Let's therefore assume similar block times for SNN and NOC:
Arrive BHX 0850
Assume depart BHX 0915 - arrive NOC 10.55
Depart NOC 11.20 - arrive BHX 12.55...
Can't turn around for 1310, so they would have to push the departure back to SNN to 1320 (and lose more of the subsequent punctuality buffer in SNN) - and that's with 25 minute turns at BHX and NOC. It'll be a busy aircraft!
