How about a standard modular CAT5e faceplate (fits most pattresses) like this:
Cat5. 2G Wall Socket Face Plate | Screwfix.com
and then a recessed pattress with an exit hole or two cut in it?
you can then add blanking plates if necessary?
/just a thought.
