No rumor about it. They dont want permanenet, year round crew. Permanancy will happen on a 'permanent seasonal' basis working March-October, or May-September, depending on the airlines needs. It is like any charter airline. I'd presume the proposed 'permanent seasonal' crew will be 330 trained, or just utilised on short haul.
Traffic in/out of Ireland between November and early March falls off a cliff, so they dont want to be flying empty aircraft around.
